Circle The City

FQHC for people experiencing homelessness

Circle the City is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary care and their funding is targeted towards treating the homeless.  They provide both outpatient care and respite care for those who need higher needs but do not need to be hospitalized. They accept individuals on Medicare/Medicaid (AHCCCS), have a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients and accept private insurance.
