Wesley Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary care including women’s health and pediatric care and behavioral health. They accept individuals on Medicare/Medicaid (AHCCCS), have a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients and accept private insurance.  They are a Well Woman HealthCheck provider.
