Eligibility

Low-cost dental services are available for pediatric patients aged 5–18 who do not have dental insurance or do not qualify for state assistance. The clinic accepts AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System), also known as Access insurance, as well as most PPO insurance plans.
