Vaccines

There are a number of vaccination resources locally and nationally.  Click the links for the CDC vaccine recommendation schedule by age and/or medical condition. 

Prior to vaccinating always check ASIIS to see if the patient already had the vaccine at a different location in Arizona.

ADHS offers vaccines for children and adults programs (VFC and VFA) where your clinic can give vaccines as a surrogate for the county.   Information for becoming a vaccine provider is available on the ADHS website.

Patient assistance programs are available to provide a replenishment system if you already have a stock through VFC/VFA or other vendor.  Check GSK and Merck websites for availability.

If your clinic is not able to give vaccines all the FQHCs should be VFC and VFA providers. There are also a number of free locations that can be found by searching the TAPI website.
