FQHC sliding fee

Adelante is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, WIC and wellness programs. They accept individuals on Medicare/Medicaid (AHCCCS), have a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients, and accept private insurance.  They are a Well Woman HealthCheck provider.

Dental Services

Preventive Dentistry includes regular exams and x-rays and cleanings

Restorative dentistry includes crown and bridges and fillings

Emergency Services include extractions and removal of wisdom teeth, sedation options like nitrous oxide (“laughing gas”), and root canal therapy
