Non-Profit Clinic

The Chandler Care Center is a non-profit clinic that offers medical services, dental services, social services, and counseling to children and families who live in the Chandler community. With the aid from donor and partner contributions, the clinic is able to offer services at no cost.

Eligibility

All services are provided at no cost to patients who live in Chandler and do not have dental insurance. Restorative dental services are limited to uninsured children 2-18 who live in Chandler and/or attend a CUSD school, through referral from Chandler Regional Medical Center’s (CRMC) preventive program only. Dental Services Provided

Dental services provided at this clinic include exams and x-rays, cleanings, fillings, simple extractions, root canal therapy, and crowns.
