Midwestern University Dental Institute offers low-cost dental services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients similar to those offered at a private practice. Dentists and dental students provide personalized, comprehensive dental care to all patients at an affordable cost.

Eligibility

An initial appointment must be scheduled to determine eligibility before receiving a comprehensive treatment plan. The clinic accepts a limited number of dental insurance plans and will provide a dental claims form for patients to submit to their insurance company after services have been paid in full. This claims form is for reimbursement purposes. If you plan to schedule an initial appointment, please bring your dental insurance card.
