NOAH is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary care including women’s health, pediatrics, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy and wellness programs. They accept individuals on Medicare/Medicaid (AHCCCS), have a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients, and accept private insurance.

Eligibility
